D&A Cyber Monday Sale is Live

Just a heads up that it looks like Dave & Adam's Cyber Monday deals went live - Stadium Club is up at $49 a box, and a bunch of the retail Panini boxes.  Prizm is also available at $49, though I forgot to add that one to my order.  I wasn't able to find enough products to hit free shipping during the BF sales, so it was nice to see 5 boxes I wanted listed at the same time.

  1. Thanks for the tip! Picked up a box of Stadium Club. Been wavering but at under $50 couldn't resist. Got a couple other cheap boxes as well, my pack stash will be hooked up for a while!

  2. That Stadium Club deal is sure enticing, as are quite a few other things on the site. I've spent too much this season already, though, so I am sitting this one out. Good luck with your breaks!

    1. I am talking to myself on your blog. I 100% lied in my last comment. I woke up to a (kind of) unexpected deposit in my account, and went straight there to get some more 2014 Stadium Club, along with some 2013 Topps Mini Baseball, some '12-'13 Panini Basketball, and some old-school '94-'95 Collector's Choice Basketball. I'm thinking that instead of the basketball I should have got some non-sports stuff, but it's too late for that now.

I half-expected things to be sold out by this morning, but since the deals pretty much mirror the Black Friday sale most folks have probably already bought what they were going to buy.

    2. I was amazed the deals lasted that long. I rushed to put my order in, since some of the cheapo boxes were down to 20 or 30% remaining (and managed to overlook some boxes I probably should have picked up in the process). Of course hours later there was still a decent supply of just about everything left.

I would have been all over '94-95 CC had I seen it, even though I'm pretty sure I already have a complete set.

  3. I had been checking their site all weekend, but it seemed like as soon as one box I wanted would came up for sale, the others I was interested in would be sold out. This will give me two boxes of Stadium Club, so hopefully that will be enough to put together the base set. It's a shame the product ended up being a dud, but I'm still looking forward to trying my luck.

    1. Two boxes will get you about 2/3 of a set as long as you don't pull any doubles. There aren't a lot of cards in those boxes. After three boxes I've only got about 170 / 200 cards in the set, with a small stack of doubles.

  4. Thanx for the reminder post. I grabbed a couple more Hometown Heroes boxes, so hopefully I can finish out that short set and probably have enough left over to trade. I also snagged a box of Psych. It was one of my favorite shows of all time and I figured, why not?

    1. I grabbed two more boxes of HH as well, plus a couple of the Panini Cooperstown boxes. I didn't see the Psych box - I love almost all the USA shows, but never really got into Psych as much. But the Twin Peaks tribute episode is one of my absolute favorites.
